Realizing that today's life styles and foods were contributing to weight gain and poor health, Michelle Tincombe determined to make a change. She began working out to improve her own physical appearance and soon realized that a healthy lifestyle is one that balances physical fitness with proper nutrition.

Michelle uses only natural foods in her health regimen. As her health and body improved, Michelle became interested in body building and began to train for competition. She holds two championships and continues to emphasize that a strong body and good health are not achieved with fad diets, steroids, or artificial additives.

Michelle will discuss how today's foods and life styles affect our bodies and how we can make changes that will improve not only our looks, but the way we feel. Additionally, she will demonstrate proper form in exercising. Participants will leave this session empowered with the knowledge and confidence to make informed health and well-being decisions.
