Prior to her current job as a custody agent for the Department of Immigration and Naturalization Service, Michelle Tincombe was an inmate custody officer at a men's maximum-security prison. Because weapons are not allowed in most prison areas, it was imperative that Michelle learn self defense tactics. Since the inmates outmatched her in weight, strength, and size, Michelle learned self-defense techniques that use her body's leverage to give her the needed advantage.
Most of us, when we need to defend ourselves, do not have our household Uzi within arm's reach. What do we have with us, at all times, is our own bodies. Michelle will teach techniques that allow you to use only your body to provide you with excellent defenses against an attacker. This is a course for everyone, but is essential for women and teens.
Wear, or bring, comfortable, loose clothing. Sweat pants, gym clothes and tennis shoes are most appropriate for this session.
